What’s New?
The biggest change: Boxing Cardio and Sparring sessions are now separate!
This means athletes can focus more intensely on their cardio conditioning or sparring technique without overlap.
Old Format
Previously, Boxing Cardio and Sparring were often grouped together, making it harder to balance conditioning and technique work.
New Format
- Boxing Cardio is now a dedicated morning session on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30–8:30 AM.
- Sparring (All Levels) is now clearly slotted on Saturdays from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.
- Additionally, Team Sparring happens Fridays from 8:00–9:00 PM, offering focused, high-level training.
This change gives members more flexibility to tailor their training and ensures each session delivers maximum value.
