Take advantage of our facilities to practice whatever you need. Drop-ins are welcome to participate in our sparring sessions (subject to approval from a coach, who will be present to oversee sparring at all times).
– BEGINNER BOXING –
This focuses on teaching the essential skills of boxing, including basic punches, defensive techniques, footwork, and overall form. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your technique, you get personalized guidance in a supportive and engaging environment. Come build your confidence, improve your fitness, and learn the fundamentals of boxing with us!
– KIDS BOXING –
Young students are introduced to boxing in a fun yet focused environment! This guided open training session is tailored to meet each child’s individual needs, combining playful activities with serious skill-building. Kids will learn the fundamentals of boxing, including basic techniques, coordination, and discipline, all while staying active and having fun. Perfect for fostering confidence, fitness, and a love for the sport!
– SPARRING –
Step into the ring with our Sparring sessions, open to all skill levels! This guided open training focuses on the fundamentals of sparring, teaching you how to apply techniques in real-time scenarios against a partner. Under the supervision of experienced instructors, you’ll develop timing, strategy, and confidence while practicing in a controlled and supportive environment. Perfect for anyone looking to take their boxing skills to the next level!
– BOXING CARDIO –
Kickstart your day with our high-energy “BOXING CARDIO” sessions! Open to all, this early-morning, fitness-focused class is designed to push your limits and maximize results. With a mix of intense cardio, strength training, and boxing-inspired drills, it’s perfect for burning calories, building muscle, and boosting your endurance. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or overall fitness, this class will leave you feeling strong and accomplished!
